    2. Description of Service

    Replybud provides AI-powered automation for:

    • Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp DMs
    • Comment replies
    • Lead qualification
    • Appointment booking

    3. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract.

    4. User Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate information
    • Use the service lawfully
    • Comply with platform policies (Meta, etc.)
    • Not misuse automation for spam or abuse

    5. Prohibited Use

    You may NOT:

    • Violate laws or regulations
    • Send spam or unsolicited messages
    • Use the service for fraudulent activities
    • Reverse engineer or exploit the system

    6. Third-Party Platforms

    Replybud integrates with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their policies, outages, or restrictions.

    7. Payments & Subscriptions

    • Fees are billed as agreed
    • Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
    • We may change pricing with notice

    8. Intellectual Property

    All rights, title, and interest in Replybud remain with the Company.

    9. Data & Content

    • You retain ownership of your data.
    • You grant us a limited license to process data to provide services.

    10. Service Availability

    We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or outages may occur.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • Replybud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
    • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

    As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

    12. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify Replybud against claims arising from misuse of the service.

    13. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access if terms are violated.
